About report

The war has strongly affected the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion area. On the one hand, the crisis is a real test of the efficiency and authenticity of D&I processes, and on the other hand, it provides new challenges for which no one was able to prepare. Over recent weeks, the business located in Poland has made a great deal of effort to assist those who are experiencing war. However, when the first wave of impulse actions, emotions and adrenaline is passing, questions arise about how to assist and act wisely and how to act in the long term. What are the challenges for D&I business in the context of war in Ukraine?
